From powder.
To precision.

Materials research and manufacturing capabilities across our group in China and Thailand support preformed carbide blanks and wear parts, from process development to inspection.

Performance
takes shape.

Every operation changes what comes next. Consistency is built across the whole route.

01
POWDER PREPARATION

Uniformity starts here.

WC and binder powders are wet milled to disperse the constituents. Consistent mixing establishes the starting point for the downstream process.

Build the shape.
Plan the allowance.

Combining electric powder presses with our material and forming expertise, we develop preformed carbide blanks closer to your final geometry. Carefully planned machining allowances help reduce material removal, grinding time and downstream machining costs.

We evaluate the drawing, grade and quantity together. Tooling, powder behavior, sintering shrinkage and final tolerances determine the forming route and the allowance left for your next operation.

INSPECTION & TRACEABILITY

Evidence at
every stage.

Dimensional inspection, optical measurement and production records connect the delivered part to its manufacturing route. Our inspection team checks the geometry against the requirements of the component.

Material understanding and process control support repeat production, from preformed carbide blanks to finished wear parts.
